SCHNITZSCHULE GEISLER-MORODER, ELBIGENALP, AUSTRIA act only in the capacity of agent for the passenger in all matters pertaining to hotel accomodations, sightseeing tours, and transportation, whether by air, railroad, motorcoach, motor car, steamship, boat or by any other means, and as such, hold themselves, free of responsibility for any damage(s) from any cause(s) what so ever. SCHNITZSCHULE GEISLER-MORODER, ELBIGENALP, AUSTRIA will not be responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late air, rail or boat arrivals or departures or by any change of schedule or other conditions; nor will they responsible for the loss, or damage to, baggage or any article belonging the passenger. The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retain any person travelling under our auspices. The carriers concerned are not to be held responsible for any act omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their plane or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the carriers concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the carriers and the purchase of this tour and/or the passenger.
Registrations, applications and deposits will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend to make checks or money orders in Euro (€) - as the definitive price is charged in Euro payable to Geisler-Moroder. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your payment is not acknowledged until it is received by Geisler-Moroder Woodcarving school. Early registration is recommended to avoid disappointment.
Deposit and final payment:
A deposit of 30% of total price is required. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
All cancellations must be in writing. If cancellation is necessary, the following per person cancellation fee applies:

29 - 15 days prior to arrival 50 % of total price
14 - 4 days prior to arrival 65 % of total price

Cancellation insurance - extent of coverage - Elbigenalp package only:
Reimbursement of cancellation costs if you do not commence your journey, up to the amount of coverage selected.
You will get back all payments except the charge for the insurance and a handling fee of € 50,--.
Reasons for cancellation:
Illness of, accident to or death of the Insured or his family members, damage to property, loss of job, filing of divorce petition by spouse etc. The amounts of coverage and the premiums are based on the Agreement price per booking, regardless of the number of persons. In case of cancellation - notification should be given as soon as possible and a proof of illness supplied.
In the event of cancellation, the event insured against applies to the insured person affected, his insured family members and a maximum of three other accompanying insured persons, if a joint booking has been made. The names of the insured persons must be stated at the time the policy is taken out.
We recommend you to transact all your payments (by cheques or creditcards i.e.) in Euro’s as these are definitive prices. For all payments the exchange rates of the day will be used! We reserve the right to cancel specific group tour departures 60 days in advance, if the required minimum of persons for such departure has not been reached. In such case all tour deposits and tour payments will be refunded in full!
