Booking Confirmation: Reservations for the course and accommodation can be made in writing, by telephone, or by e-mail. You will also find a registration form on our website. Reservations are processed in the order they are received. Course bookings without an accommodation reservation through us are only possible in exceptional cases for remaining spots upon request. 
Booking Confirmation: After we receive your registration, you will get a written booking confirmation.

Payment Conditions: Please pay a deposit of 30% of the total price within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation. Your deposit will not be confirmed separately. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before the course begins. Please bring the deposit slip or proof of payment with you!
Attention! Your registration is not automatically canceled if you do not make a deposit. You must submit a written cancellation (see “Cancellation Fees”)!

Cancellations, Rebookings: Cancellations are only valid in written form. Please note that cancellations and rebookings create administrative work for us, for which we charge a processing fee of €70.00 per person.
up to 45 days before arrival: only a €70.00 processing fee p.p.
44 – 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
29 – 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
14 – 04 days before arrival: 65% of the total price
from the 3rd day before arrival: 85% of the total price
We recommend that you purchase cancellation protection! Any overpayments will be refunded to you. The place of jurisdiction is Reutte in Tirol.

In recent years, we have unfortunately often been confronted with cancellations due to sudden illness or other unfortunate family events. In such an already difficult situation, it is advisable to avoid further burdens or financial disadvantages due to cancellation fees. We therefore recommend that you purchase the cancellation protection presented below, which offers maximum security for a small fee!

Content of the Cancellation Protection: The cancellation protection covers all cancellation costs in the event of accidents, illness (must be confirmed by the attending physician), or death affecting the insured person or their close family members. Only the processing fee of €70.00 p.p. must be paid. Upon request, we will send you the detailed contract conditions in advance.

Processing: Indicate your wish for cancellation protection in the corresponding field on the registration form! You will then receive the detailed contract conditions along with the booking confirmation. The corresponding fee must be paid within 7 days of receiving the confirmation for the cancellation protection to become valid.

Registration Deadline: Please note that some courses have a registration deadline due to longer delivery times for materials and organizational time requirements. You will find this, if applicable, in the respective course description.

We guarantee courses subject to exceptional events or force majeure with a full refund of payments made. We reserve the right to assign course groups, cancel courses if there are too few participants, make other changes, and make any price corrections. All prices listed in the course program are inclusive of
VAT.
