Target Audience:
Beginners and advanced
Content:
Native and exotic wild animals and pets fascinate with their shapes, their movement and their expression – which is why they are a particularly popular motif in sculpture. From pets to native wild animals and exotic animals – each participant chooses an individual motif and carves it step by step in wood. We also look at the basics of animal anatomy, posture and characteristic movement sequences. These observations form the basis for expressive carvings that can be designed both naturalistically and stylised.
