The Nude in Wood
Wood sculptors and carvers with some experience who want to explore the masterful theme of the "nude"
In this course you will be introduced to designing a nude in wood. How do you create a good design, taking into account anatomy, proportions and composition? How is this transferred to the wood in the simplest possible way? You will deal with these and many other topics and aspects in this exciting course.
Please note that the fine finishing of a carved nude is a major challenge during a one-week course. However, the course will provide you with the necessary skills to finish the nude at home if necessary. It is also possible to limit yourself to working on detailed studies.
