Content:

The fundamental working steps of staining and colouring of traditional carved objects are taught. You will learn the single-colour stain, the multiple-tone stain and watercolour painting. Further course content includes colour theory, colour mixing techniques and detail exercises, i.e. painting of eyes, working on contrasts, and emphasis of plasticity and a lot more.

Important information:

Bring along at least 3 raw carved objects! On one of them we suggested that a human face be included. Suitable carvings can also be purchased from the school at a reasonable price. Surcharge for supplies: € 10,–
