Full-day course
Beginners and advanced, who like to get inspired of the nature
Search for interesting pieces of driftwood along the banks of the Lech River and other wild streams with your instructor. These forms shaped by nature, will influence the next steps of treatment. Aside from creativity, we will also work with different kinds of tools like carving chisels, chain saw, axe, rasps, files and grinding machine. Take time to reflect on the creation, discuss with your colleagues and tutor on how to proceed!
The course takes place in our sculptors' pavillon. Since this is outside, please bring along appropriate seasonal outdoor clothes, and safety goggles! The basic equipment needed for all participants is provided, but if you have tools like, big carving chisels, an axe, chainsaw, rasps etc. please take them with you if possible.
