Target Audience:

Chainsaw carvers and people who already have some experience with chainsaws

Content:

A short theoretical introduction deals with the anatomy of the animals. Equipped with this basic understanding, the chainsaw is then put to use. Eagle, ibex and bear are the classic motifs when carving with a chainsaw. Of course, you can also choose a different animal. You are welcome to bring models or templates for the course.Included in the course price:

Sun 18.00: Pre-course meeting

Weekly course all week:

Mon – Fri 08.30-12.00 and 13.30-18.00
Sat 08.30-12.00

Afternoon coffee 15.30-16.00.

Important:

In order to minimize noise pollution for the surrounding area and to avoid exhaust emissions, only electric saws will be used. Please also take this into account when choosing the type of wood if you bring your own wood to the course (only spruce, poplar and fir). For the course you will need protective clothing such as ear protection, gloves, electric saw, angle grinder and a cable drum! The following equipment can also be purchased or borrowed from us:
