In this versatile course you have the opportunity to choose between two fascinating topics or to combine them.
Furniture made from found and driftwood:
Create your own pieces of furniture using material from the floodplains of the Lech and our forests. Be inspired by the natural shape of the wood and branches and create unique chairs, stools, tables or shelves. Stability is guaranteed by sound connections and skillful interweaving.
Objects and figures made from willow:
Learn a traditional craft that is reinterpreted at the same time! Weaving forms the basis, with the focus on artistic design. The course offers a modern approach to traditional willow weaving and encourages creative variations by combining it with found and driftwood.
The course takes place in our sculpture pavilion. Please bring appropriate work clothes depending on the season. If you have tools (saw, pruning shears, chisels, drilling tools, clamps etc.) at home, please bring them with you. Material will be charged according to consumption (experience shows between € 20,- and € 40,-).
