Eccentric turning – with self-made jigs

“Back to the roots” – In this course we turn eccentrically – without an eccentric chuck or special technical aids. Instead, we build our own wooden faceplates and work with the basic equipment of a normal workbench. The instructor assists you in every step. By deliberately offsetting the turning axis, surprising, lively and asymmetrical shapes are created. You will learn the basics of eccentric turning and discover how completely new design possibilities open up with simple means. Out of the centre! Shift shapes, explore limits and break new ground.
